Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery of the Booking and Confirmation

Since Tenerife Premium Tours offers experiences and transportation services in digital format, we do not make physical shipments. Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a detailed confirmation of your booking and all the necessary information for the service at the email address you provided.

Booking confirmations are usually delivered within less than one hour. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tenerifepremiumtours.com.

 

2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Art. 103), the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transportation, leisure, or excursion services that include a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, refunds are not accepted once the booking has been confirmed, except as provided under the cancellation policy detailed below.

 

3. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy

We offer flexible conditions aligned with the premium quality of our services.

Customers may request cancellations or modifications under the following terms:

More than 7 days before the service date:

✔ Free cancellation or modification

✔ Refund: 100% of the amount paid

 

Between 7 days and 72 hours before the service date:

✔ Cancellation allowed with partial penalty

✔ Refund: 50% of the amount paid

 

Less than 72 hours before the service date:

✔ Cancellation allowed with full penalty

✔ Refund: 0% (no refund)

 

3.1. Cancellation Due to Errors or No-Show

Reservation Modifications: We will make every effort to modify your booking at no additional cost if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance.

Modifications requested within 72 hours are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

No-Show (Customer Absence): If the customer does not arrive at the agreed place and time, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be granted.

 

3.2. Cancellation by the Provider (Tenerife Premium Tours)

If the cancellation is due to operational reasons, force majeure beyond the customer’s control (e.g., weather conditions preventing access to Teide National Park), or logistical failures, we will always offer either rescheduling of the service or a full 100% refund.
